As a leading manufacturer of flanges and rims, we are located in the middle of Europe, within touching distance from our customers.
We are known for outstanding experience in the production of both standard and custom-made parts, as well as for excellent availability. We put a lot of effort in the strengthening of our production facility in the Czech Republic.
We supply our products to (wholesale) traders, equipment and pipeline manufacturers, tank and appliance manufacturers, machine builders, producers of equipment for water supply and water treatment, as well as gas and central heating providers. We are proud of over 600 satisfied customers a year!

Our scope of delivery ranges from raw workpieces to finished products processed according to customer's needs.
We handle the sustainable support of our customers as a priority task.

Standard flanges
We supply standard flanges, neck flanges and rims made from stainless steel as per DIN/EN.
We currently have on stock approx. 200,000 items / 1,000 tons of stainless steel flanges (ISO and metric) in sizes ranging between DN15 and DN800. Our particular advantage is that we also perform machining of the parts at our plant.
We operate a fully automated high-bay warehouse designed for more than 4,000 pallet spaces.
We continuously invest in the implementation of innovative processes and modern logistic solutions and maintain a large stock tailored to customer needs.

Custom Flanges
Operating to a multi-shift schedule, we are able to produce almost any custom-designed flange from stainless steel.
We supply to our customers:
Welded or forged parts in sizes ranging from 15 mm to 5000 mm / manufactured from stainless steel, carbon steel, galvanized steel / according to DIN/EN/ANSI standards / with TÜV acceptance test, ultrasonic testing.
Our customer service offers cost-effective, high-quality solutions to customer’s needs.
“A” grade quality steel sheets received from EU are used for manufacturing upon undergoing a 100% incoming X-ray spectrometer check at our plant.
We keep a large stock of (mainly) hot rolled 4–100 mm thick stainless steel sheets of grades 1.4301/07, 1.4541, 1.4404, 1.4571 and 1.4462.
Besides, we can provide any other special material according to customer's request. Due to excellent supplier partnerships, we can to undertake prompt deliveries at any time.
Production
We continuously adjust our machine park to the growing market needs and keep it up-to-date.
At our plant, the following machines are available:
- 400 tons capacity hydraulic straightening press / working area 3000 x 6000 mm
- Plasma cutting machine / table size 2000 x 12,000 mm
- Water jet cutting system / table size 2000 x 6000 mm
- 3-roll bending machine / bending capacity 4000–10,000 mm²
- Carousel lathes / turning diameter 500–2500 mm
- Lathes and automatic CNC lathes / turning diameter 80– 800 mm
- CNC milling machine / table size 800 x 2000 mm
- Radial drilling machines / with dividing heads for up to 1400 mm hole circle
The quality of the goods is constantly monitored by means of a residue-free X-ray spectrometer. Certificates are issued automatically based on sample testing.
Our spectrometer is a state-of-the-art instrument ensuring fast and high-precision testing.
Unlike traditional measurement methods, this one leaves no material residue on the product.
