Weld-neck flange

We supply welding neck flanges, V-flanges to DIN, EN in all material qualities and for all nominal pressures PN, as well as special welding neck flanges for orbital machine welding. We calculate drawing parts on request. The long neck, also known as a collar, is used for reinforcement and enables easy welding to the pipe. In German, it is called Hochhalsflansch or Schweißhalsflansch because it is butt-welded to the pipe with the neck and round pipe transition. The wall thickness of the flange neck gradually merges into the wall thickness of the pipe. This improves the stress interruption and increases the strength of the flange, the weld seam is less stressed.
